At House Of Hayden, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of shapewear and bodysuits, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchange on:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
